I don't think so. They will not just wait like till 3:00 Am to post it so everyone gets it at 31st exactly. They will announce the winners Today which is 31st on the Unites States.

Wether its the 30th or the 31st, it only makes a 24 hour difference, and if you're telling me you cannot wait 24 hours max, then I worry about your future.
