yes, they've been closed for some time now.
the helpers will open applications when they feel they need more people on the team, which probably won't be anytime soon.

Sadly though, today the bad news keeps coming :(

Haruhitastic has decided to step down from her EN helper position as well as her previously announced leader position.
Vamprett has decided to step down from his role as an EN helper, although he is going to remain on the RO team, so he'll still be around!
Vogul has also decided to leave his HU leader position.

We wish them all the best of luck in whatever they choose to do in the future, thank you all so much for your hard work on the team and everything you've done for the community!
