why is there weekly events? Why can't they go back to normal when we had more time to collect the stuff?

When we decided to implement weekly events back in 2015, we wanted to give something to our players to fight for, make them entertained and come back more regularly. We realized most of our players didn't stay for the previous 2-months duration of events, so we thought we should do them more frequently so people don't get bored of one event lasting too long.
It also was a good opportunity to craft so many events that it wouldn't be a problem if they came back the next year, because of the quantity of content created. We thought we would focus on events for a year, and then we would be able to create more updates for the game itself.

I believe it's Z and X, but you can always use your mouse wheel if you have one. If you meant how do you turn an item like a box so it rotates, those would be the "n" nails.
