Hi I resign from this team for a while. I have very little time and that little time is too precious to be spent doing this for now, I will try to help out in-game if I am on, just whisper me and I will help you, but not right a long ass review for it. Our members are one-by-one resigning similarly with what happens to map crew members, and it appears that the culprit is the sheer amount of workload. At this rate, I'll be the only one left, and I didn't even plan on staying indefinitely due to my own workload. I can't help but feel a little abandoned here. I might be overreacting, though. I hope we get some good applications soon, and that the other members vote on them, yes. |

Dunald a dit : That won't really mean anything if our clients get tired of waiting on their pending reviews and we go out of business. Right now, we're very thin on P5, P7, P9 and other map categories. And I can't really expect the team members to spend any more time than they do since they also have their own lives. I kind of assumed from the beginning that I was the one with the heaviest real-life workload since I have a job that keeps me away from Transformice at least 12 hours each day, and that's without overtime. I understand that constraint on me, so I structured this team such that *there's virtually no pressure to stay active in reviewing*. In fact, I only really review maps on weekends and do just a few at a time. The only reason I haven't retired yet is that I still don't see the stability on this team that I can leave it and expect the remaining members to carry on the quality of work. Now it seems that I have to do even more work and help out on P5 reviewing even though it's not really my specialty. I can't expect Hamyu to have time to review them all; that would just make her collapse under the pressure and resign as well. Oh well. I promised myself that if everyone else were to leave, I'll do this whole thing by myself. But if that were the case, wouldn't it be better to just join the map crew? The good news is that we're heavily stocked right now with P3/P13 reviewers. The bad news is that we have a veritable stock of P5 to P9 maps that have been pending a review for many days now. This shouldn't be a pressure to our current members, though. I just need them to keep up quality over quantity. This is more of a call to other concerned mapmakers to join our cause. |

If I were to do this thing alone, I'd have a similar workload to what the Map Crew have because I'm just doing this ON TOP OF my real life work. What difference would it be then if I joined them? |

Dunald a dit : That is correct. However, you also have to understand the nature of the review work in the map crew. There are lots of players who clearly don't care about making their maps better, and just want to try out if their maps will make it to the higher rotations. These people clearly wouldn't listen anyway to advice I'd give so it's not worth giving advice in the first place. I would not give help to players who don't seem interested to get better at their craft, but I'll offer additional help to those who do. But yeah, the work would still be overwhelming so I'd likely just stick to helping those who have the best chance of being helped... IF I were to join the Map Crew. ... AND if they accept me. |

Seeteegee a dit : This might seem stupid... But I think that Map Crew's work while reviewing the Submissions thread is just easier than ours. Most of the map crew members just post the codes. No advice... Just the code of the map, and either it was accepted, denied or P1'ed. But to be honest, their In-Game job is so much harder. They seem to have a lot of requests of map reviewing throught Whispers but still some other members can just turn them off. I don't want to point anybody, so I'll just say that I know a Map Crew member who's doing a Great job with Reviews, always has his Whispers off and he's a Successfull map Crew member! He even has time to check the forums from A to Z. :3 Edit: I said 'ours' instead of 'yours'. Technically I'm not yet working so.. :P |

Yeah Jraton does ;p He's awesome. anyway shaman (minigame) map I would like to have reviewed. (Dddin) @2889900 (+/- diff 8) Can't get a rid of the anchor for the cage. Any additionall help would be awesome cause I feel like the map is missing something. Thanks in advance. |

Arnees a dit : Please post your xml so that I can look at it @2956480-P7 Graceus Interesting map. Though the left will have a very big advantage. I did it in around 27 seconds I remember. K one thing to note, increase the mass of the spinning grounds. It's very unstable. Oh and increase the restitution of the tramp SLIGHTLY. |

Anyway, I see no harm in accepting XMLs right now, but it would be quite confusing due to all the sorting work it'd require. Plus we can't really put the XML code on our Google review document. In addition, it was never voted on by the group so it's not official. So if Zakros wants to continue reviewing XMLs, he can do so in his own capacity. However, his reviews will neither be documented as part of the group's review, nor shall they be subject to any sort of quality control. Basically, it's HIS review, not that of the group. He can post it here for convenience, though. Zhichengzhan a dit : Please DO NOT pressure our reviewers. They are human beings with real lives to get to like you and I. Some of us are quite busy and have very little time to attend to this endeavor. In fact, we only do so out of the goodness of our hearts since this neither pays us money nor wins us game stats. I'm not saying you guys all should do this :3 Also, I'm not saying I will do this on every map. Only special and worthy ones.
