It is. I tried deleting someone and told them to private message me to test it, I was told that they were disabled.
I'm not sure what would cause that.

I think putting anyone in the blacklist means you'll be ignoring everything they say to you.. this even includes normal chat... you won't see any of their messages.. be it a whisper or normal chat.

if at any point the community platform goes down while u have silence on it will cancel it i'm p sure. so once the cp goes back up, anyone can message u however ur unable to message back bc it'll say that "You cannot message people while in silence"

This problem also happened to me recently, as I received this message when I go to a page : "This request has expired."
I have no idea and I don't think it is related to the community platform.
All I know is that it is a problem within the forum but not the atelier801.com domain.
