I helped some mice in a vanilla I was helping them they where new asking 'How do I become shaman?' I mostly replied back saying 'Becoming shaman depends on you're points and how much cheese you get.' so I helped alot of them tonight ;) I never really want to be a mod I mostly help have fun and hang out with my friends!

IRC stands for Internet Relay Chat. There are various private or public channels/rooms where you can talk with people, sometimes those channels are simply chat rooms, others are themed. To find more about it try to google IRC, there's a lot of fun stuff. This link redirects you to IRC with the already preset'ed channels for Transformice (main I could say). You can simply chat there but they are also designed for unban problems, reporting, tfm questions, getting faster to a mod/staff etc.

I hope I got close to the answer.

Not quite, but since the commands are essentially messages sent in the chat it's counted as chatting.

Adding some more info, some friend of mine can't write both in tribe chat and whispers when muted, is this intentional too or?
