Left as is: @6464590 - Sekui - Even while this map presents two variations that the Shaman could take to complete the map, they are quite unbalanced. If they were to build from the bottom, having to avoid the vertical ice is a obstacle just adds onto that fact. If they were to build from above, this map can be completed easily in only a few planks. @7048769 - Poteerfotter - While this map is rather pleasing to the eye,it unfortunately has proven too difficult for P4 Shamans to encounter, this is primarily due to the use of excessive amounts of obstacles. Such as; the vertical ice, and the square cloud. There is a lot to build, as well but with that being said, any variation that the Shaman takes would merely only look like a bridge in most cases, this can become repetitive and puts a cap on their creativity. @7039616 - Victorgabino - Your edits are appreciated! However, this map is still a little excessive for P4 Shamans to encounter, primarily due to the use of the vertical ice grounds, which limits the Shamans space and creativity tremendously. There is plenty of variations for the Shaman to use, which is always a plus nonetheless. A few edits I'd suggest would be to remove the cloud to the bottom right of the map and the vertical ice ground closest to the cheese, this would be to give the Shaman more freedom and space to build that wouldn't be so vexing. @6620006 - Framnm - Even with your applied edits, this map is simply too incomplex for Shamans as they only need to build a bridge-like-structure to complete the map. I'd advise you move the mouse spawn to the far left bottom ground. @6807701 - Quinzinhojr - Right off the bat, one edit I'd suggest would be to make it clear that grounds cannot collide with the vertical ice that you have set. Also, while it seems like the paths are balanced, it's easy to see that majority of the Shamans that have to build for this map will prefer one over the other, which in the end can be repetitive. @7009001 - Reppam - Your edits are appreciated, however in the current state it still is in, the map for newer Shamans is very complex. The use of cloud above the already complicated concept of the map isn't very wise because as stated as before, it intervenes a lot and can result in vexation. @6658714 - Israreturns - There is a lot of useless space in this map, and it unfortunately is on the extremely simplistic side of things, which doesn't inspire the Shaman to try new or interesting builds. The wind is quite vexing as well. @7042799 - +Mistersacri - Your edits are appreciated! This map does have a interesting design to it, soething that would challenge or make the Shaman resourceful in some sense as well, which is always a plus. One small thing I would change however, is the ability the mice have to jump over their spawn point and move to where the Shaman is. While this would save time for the Shaman to build, it also takes away from that challenge of having to build around the main point of this map. @7029178 - Afuche - This map is extremely generic to the point that it is unexciting and quite monotonous as a whole. There is little to no challenge for the Shaman to face and an excessive amount of useless space in the map. @7044256 - Pastelao150 - Due to your use of booster grounds, it has proven to be quite complex for newer P4 Shamans to encounter and may give them the sense of being overwhelmed unfortunately. The booster grounds as well can mess with their build entirely, which is quite unfortunate. The two set paths you have for the Shaman to take are quite literally the same and doesn't provoke any insight or creativity from the Shaman. @1252949 - Jotatavo - I agree with the reviewer who had to test this map before I had to, the concept is new and interesting nonetheless, however it will be too difficult for newer P4 Shamans to encounter, and as building from the clouds is the only obstacle, it can become monotonous at the end. @6328273 - Jfrl - Unfortunately, it feels as if some grounds were randomly placed or that they are used poorly as a obstacle for the Shaman to encounter. The variations as well all call for the same kind of solution for the Shaman to build, wihich in the end can be quite repetitive and lacking creativity. @7050614 - Oicebolinha - Mass death @3840221 - Ykr - It is a interesting map and does have a balance of challenging the Shaman to try and be resourceful. However, the variations that you have set, while they are seemingly balanced, the Shamans that have tested this map has preferred one path over the other, which can become repetitive in the end as it is a mere simple bridge-type-structure throughout majority of their builds. The vertical ice ground you have next to the hole is rather useless as well. @6939910 - Thegbc - The use of defilante death coins is almost always frowned upon as they limit the Shamans creativity, gives them a sense of being overwhelmed and forces them to take and or build a certain way, which can be repetitive and vexing in the end. There is little to no variations for the Shamans to take to complete the map either. @7050281 - Kwf - The only challenge for the Shamans is the use of cobwebs, and even them are not primarily a issue. The paths you have set for the Shaman to take are quite unbalanced and it's clear to see that the Shamans will more likely than not, build from the bottom as it is the easiest way to complete the map by building a bridge. This map doesn't really provoke any insight from the Shaman either, which is unfortunate. @7050773 - Tdft - As stated above, cobwebs are almost always frowned upon for P4 Shaman maps as it creates an annoying obstacle for the Shamans to encounter, which they may even avoid at all costs simply due to the vexation they cause. The cobwebs you have set where the mice spawn are deemed unneeded as some mice may just jump into it for the fun of it all and only create more work and frustration for the Shaman. The cobwebs set next to the Shaman aren't needed, either. Nonetheless, if both of these aspects are removed this map will become generic. It's advised you either create a new idea or another obstacle that isn't as vexing as cobwebs. @7050878 - Viptoto - This map is extremely overwhelming. The whole idea behind this map is horrendous. Majority of the Shamans time will be taken only moving these spawned-in objects. It would at least be tolerable if you added the ability to have portals. @6999868 - Pratton - While this map is pleasing to the eye, I'm not sure what the point or use for the disconnected grounds are, perhaps you could remove these. There is also some useless space in the map inwhich you can find at the top right, while you had this space to be used as another variation for the Shaman to take, nearly none of them had used it whatsoever as there are plenty of other simple ways to complete the map. P1'ed: @6908923 - Pjfsamora - Your edits are appreciated! As stated before, this map is very straightforward which is also nice, as it even offers a challenge for the Shamans to overcome (the anti-cloud). The solutions that the map offers at the start are well-balanced as well. P1 will do. @7019001 - I_Eat_Cheese - Your edits are appreciated, as stated in the review prior to this, the map will now be P1'd. @7040724 - Mythofcheez - Your edits are appreciated, now there is a fine balance between the variations that you have set for the Shaman to take, and even the slight challenge due to the diagonal grounds, but nevertheless, they aren't that vexing for the Shaman to encounter, which is a plus. P1 will do for this map. Will be discussed: None Ignored: @3350531 - Xyzqo - Posted more than 1 map (#7589) @3300589 - Xyzqo - Posted more than 1 map (#7589) Dernière modification le 1487016180000 |
