Left as is: @5900019 - Zombiewd - I'm actually quite fond of the dynamics you placed into this map, it's something new and not at all too overwhelming to encounter due to the fact that you can attach objects to it. My main issue is that it can be solved in a matter of 3-4 planks, I understand you wanted the mechanics to be the main obstacle to have to encounter, but to fix this we may have to implement more into the map. Mice will almost always try to jump unto the lower platform, but that ends up being less work for the Shaman. My suggestion for you would be to use the space you have been offered wisely, because at the moment, the paths you have for the Shamans to used are a bit balanced, but some may be used more frequently than others.. Try to space out the grounds/distance them away from eachother so that the Shaman can have more to do. Or you can put some additional obstacles for the Shaman around the top and center of the map. Once you apply these edits or if you'd like to seek additional help, message me. @7081826 - Maxislow - I'm sure you know by now that I am not a fan nor do I approve of maps that soley rely on bridge-type solutions. You did not offer any challenge for the Shaman whatsoever, therefore there is a lack of creativity and inspiration for the Shaman for their builds. There isn't multiple solutions for them to go by either. Please make a new map. @6922331 - Reppam - It's a cute idea, I'll admit. However it will become a bit overwhelming with the Shamans having to repeatedly spawn in balloons just to keep the anti-cloud up and out of the way. If we look past this, there is no other challenge to the map, just a bridge build with two ramps, there's nothing creative to it nor anything to make the Shaman resourceful. It will also be a bit of a pain for Divine mode Shamans as there isn't much of anything to make their builds stable. To sum it up, I really like the concept you had for this map as it's new and interesting, but you left the rest of the map untouched. What I suggest for you is to remove the wind (due to it just being something overwhelming to have to deal with) and decorate the center and right part of the map whether it be with obstacles, etc. Make it possible for the map to have many ways to complete it, but all of them being balanced and exciting to go through. @6895963 - Sekui - Thank you for applying the suggested edits, but upon further examination, it's been proven that there is just a lot to build in so little time, also the cloud you put near the bottom of the map, Shamans will more likely than not just build over it and still create a long bridge, to put it simply. My suggestion to you is to think about the game-play of the map and think about how the Shamans could react or build for this map, put yourself in their place. This is a problem a lot of mapmakers have, but that's quite alright. You have the possibility in this map to also complete it in a matter of only three ramps as well, if they choose to use this path for their build. Meaning that the paths you offered are unbalanced. You may want to look onto creating another map, or applying a few of these things; Make the center ground smaller, due to it taking up a good portion of this map and supporting very linear builds. Perhaps swap where the Shaman spawns and where you placed the hole as well and get rid of the cloud that is to the top right of the map. @7083468 - B_Q - Mice having the ability to move and nearly clear half of the map can be irritating, especially for the Shaman as it only makes more work for them. Also, the two distinct paths you offered are mirrored and can be completed in the same fashion, which can become very repetitive in the end and it doesn't inspire the Shaman the slightest to try anything different. The idea of having anti-gravity for P4 maps is more or less frowned upon as well, and can lead to the Shaman feeling extremely overwhelmed as the entire idea of it is just a vexation. My advice to you would be to create another map, one without the concept of having anti-gravity. @5766671 - Framnm - Putting the cloud as the primary obstacle for this map wasn't a good idea at all, it takes up more than half of the map and in turn, limits the Shaman space and their creativity regarding their builds. With them having not so much space to build, it can lead them to feeling a bit frustrated, which isn't something you'd want. I only see two possible solutions for this map, and that's only due to that one ground you placed to the left of the map, you can go under or above it. Due to you having a limited amount of variations for the Shaman to take, this map is extremely repetitive and even monotonous as a whole. My suggestion to you would be to get rid of majority of this cloud, and try for obstacles that aren't as overwhelming to handle, also create more solutions that the Shaman could use for this map so it isn't so repetitive and unexciting. @6224799 - Pjfsamora - I think that most of the time, the shaman would just build half way down to the cheese and then build a ramp up, which leaves the top and far right of the map untouched unless its used as support. Needless to say, the paths are quite unbalanced, a way you could fix this is by either moving the cheese to a new place, or moving some of the grounds around. @2428776 - Awesomehobo - There's a lot to build for this map, and majority of the builds will be quite linear, even if you still have all of these clouds as obstacles. The design, is pleasing to the eye I suppose, but as a whole, it can be very irritating to have to build for, since there's hardly any support to go by. While there is a lot of paths you could take, one will be used more frequently than the other primarily because it is the most simple and effective way (building a ramp as soon as you spawn, a bridge to the hole and then a ramp down to the mice. No Shaman will really want to build a bridge through the entirety of this map, simply because it's too frustrating to have to deal with. @7056477 - Liipeisback - Where you put the Shaman to spawn wasn't much of a great idea because right off the bat, there isn't much space for them to move around which can be a tad irritating. While there a few ways to build for this map, they all support bridge-like structures which can be extremely repetitive and monotonous at the end as it doesn't inspire the Shaman or challenge them to be creative with their builds. My suggestion to you would be add a variety of challenges, not just vertical ice grounds as this can be very repetitive, also please move where the Shaman spawns. @7083662 - Poteerfotter - AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH @5451851 - +Mistersacri - After just looking at this map it's easy to see that it is extremely overwhelming to have to deal with, and the path for the Shaman to take is more or less drawn out for them, which cancels out any creativity that they may of had to begin with. The paths to take are limited, due to this fact as well. To sum it up, this map is too overwhelming for P4 Shamans to handle and a limited amount of variations to take, making it repetitive. @7070708 - Mquk - A lot of the Shamans will just drop down to the floor where the mice are to make a simple completion of this map by only two ramps, to the cheese and then to the hole. The solutions for this map are very unbalanced, which is frowned upon and may lead it to perhaps being boring to have to build for, my suggestion to you would be to start over with a new idea where you take note of how the space could be used more wisely, rather than leaving parts of the map untouched or useless. @6966667 - Apollopolo - Wind isn't something you'd like to see, especially in P4 maps when it is strong as it is currently. Where you placed the Shaman to spawn is horrid placement as it doesn't give them much of a option of opens up opportunities for them to handle the map. The water and ice as obstacles for this map isn't the best choice either, as they are both something to just avoid entirerly. There isn't much space for the Shaman to move around either, which makes the map even more overwhelming and a vexation than it already is. @6965315 - Krato - I would suggest that you should fix the small ice supports because when they are loose like that, they allow the planks to slide too easily which gives the Shaman too much stress to fix instead of building The map doesn't offer much creative building because the bottom route is just a bridge and a ramp, if the shaman went up, it would be a lot easier, which gives no challenge, meaning that the paths you offered are unbalanced. After a while, the shaman will build the same way everytime the map plays making it repetitive. @7083980 - Zeleny - I understand that you wanted to try and give the Shaman the option to try and open up more ways to open up the map to offer more ways to complete it, but to me it seems a bit random. The map itself is fashioned to support simple builds, I suppose, since you offered little space for them to move around. That being said, it's a bit monotonous and unexciting to build for. @7084014 - Veroveraar - AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH @7084272 - Kuot - During testing, it stands to reason that some of the Shamans may build off-screen. The clouds don't offer a half decent obstacle either, since they are just something you build over. There isn't many ways to complete the map either. To sum it up, it's repetitive and unexciting to build for entirely. My suggestion to you would be to start over with a new idea, one where there's a few ways to complete the map, and them all being balanced, however not mirrored. (If you'd like me to explain more, please message me) @7082516 - Mythofcheez - This map supports bridge-like structures, and I understand that you tried to stop this by adding the clouds as a way to stop them, or at least put a hault to this, but the damage would of been done by then. I see that you tried to add the illusion of having multiple ways to complete the map by having the crevices, however even if they are being used, they'd all end up being of the same fashion build, which can become very repetitive and boring quickly. Try adding more of a variety or obstacles to your maps, or at least a way where half the map can't be completed by building a long bridge. @7000608 - V_21 - Unfortunately, P1 will be more than enough for this map. If you'd like an explanation why, please message me. @7084641 - Youlkmn - Please refer to the P4 EN+BR tab. http://atelier801.com/profile?pr=Atinesta @7079311 - Arthiforum - At first the map may cause a bit of a panic for the mice, as they won't know what is going on. I love the concept you put behind this map, however it's a bit buggy, for some reason. Once you fix this issue, I'll P1 the map. However if you'd like me to review this as a P4 map, I'd have to say that there is only two distinct paths for the Shaman to take regarding the completion of the build, and one may be used more frequently than the other, making it a bit unexciting to have to build for as a hole. It's simplistic and offers no challenge. @7083298 - Tiojeje - It's easy to see that this map is quite simplistic, however it's a design I hadn't seen before, either making it a tad interesting, I suppose. Needless to say, the map itself while it does hold many ways to complete the map, only one solution will be more commonly used as it is the most effective way and doesn't require as much building as the other paths you offered. There isn't much support to use, other than the clouds meaning that there is minimal support for the Shamans to used, this can especially be a problem for Divine mode Shamans. @7084383 - Noobsones - Personally, I'm not a fan of maps that have a forced path for the Shaman to use, as it limits their space and creativity that they could of used to complete the map in various ways. However in this case, they obviously can't, even with you putting crevices for the Shaman to use, it will all result in the same fashioned type build. Also, with there being no roof for the map, the Shaman can easily put a few boxes and jump over to the hole. I guess it could save time, since a lot of it will be used building and avoiding all of the obstacles you placed.. @6551363 - Gobbek - This map is extremely generic and offers no challenge whatsoever for the Shaman, which also cancels out them being creative or inspired by any regard. Testing this map, it showed that mice collide with the anti-cloud, making the map impossible to finish. Please fix this and once you do, try and add more obstacles for the Shaman to have to encoutner, rather than them having to just spawn in a few planks to get from point 'a' to point 'b'. @7085440 - Anabooleta - I don't understand why you put the water there, other than for decoration, other than this it's useless as it won't be used at all for however the Shaman completes the map. The map itself, while it is pleasing to look at doesn't offer any challenge to complete it, therefore not provoking the Shaman to be resourceful nor creative with the builds they create. @7085558 - Dobrymisiu - This map can unfortunately be completed without the use of a Shaman. @6686020 - Grimmaro - Without much challenge other than the vertical ice grounds, the map can be completed easily and without much trouble. The entire left side of the map unfortunately will not be used since the paths you offered for this map are unbalanced. The map also supports bridge-like structures which I suppose is something I personally dislike since it doesn't provoke the Shaman with inspiration or make them resourceful by any means. Please try to balance out your map and perhaps add more obstacles so that there is a challenge or some excitement into building for it. P1'ed: @708233 - Rikkeshang - I actually like the design of this map, it isn't something common and it isn't linear, making it pleasing to the eye >more or less< the two paths you offered however don't challenge the Shamans nor provoke them to be resourceful as for one you'd just have to build a bridge and for the other you'd only have to move down. Despite all of this, I'll P1 the map.
