go to microsoft.com and in the search box type . Net framework 4.0 and download it. it will take about 30 minutes to download pending on your internet speed.

will there be a version in the future, cant wait to use it.

I sure hope hes back. I refuse to build anything in the in-game editor because of how horrendous it is.
