How you report helps too, remember we get a lot of reports and it is very busy. Sending:
"Fly hacker named x in room y on community z" is going to be really well recieved and answered quickly.

Also, realise that you need to whisper in one sentence:

1. Name of offender and what he/she has/is doing
2. Room name/number (If he/she gets away after the offence, just specify which room has it offended in as some offenders come back to the same room every few minutes).
3. Server name (This is important. If you only whisper the room name, the mod cannot even bother to look through 10+ servers just to see.)

*DO NOT INCLUDE ANY SPAMMISH STUFF IN THE SENTENCE

Usually, when you whisper this to an active mod, the offender should be banned fairly quickly if you have achieved all points up there.

The definition of spam works in the mods favour, since it can simply mean irrelevant or unwanted messages.

Not enough MODs? Of course. That is a problem.
MODs banning for false reasons? That's a problem.
MOD abuse: That's a worse problem.

Of course there was a MOD in the room. Even the same MOD likes to mute and ban players for "SPAM" when there is no spam at all!

Looks like some MODs doesn't even know what SPAM means.

Also...is it really needed to ban for 72 hours? Why not just a simple mute? I mean a huge ban just for a silly joke? Aw come on. Also I can see if one person does it and gets ban (which I say should be mute!) then if another person does that they should have the same treatment.
I am not a huge fan of mods...due to me going towards "being racist" even though I make fun of every race so...I don't think one race is better, and if they are in the room so mostly I run and hide in the tribe house. ;A;) No really. Mods scares me. But...like again for all the god damn things...they are doing their jobs. Ugggggh.
But sometimes they do confuses me when they ban/mute one person and NOT the other. Like what the hell is that?

You get mutes on your first offense for racism if memory serves me right, then you get the 72h ban.
Remember mods can't be there 24/7. The moderator had likely left the room to follow a hack rport.

If you're scared of being muted or banned you should perhaps consider changing your behaviour then.

Eh...I normaly don't say "racist" things all the time. However I still be scare of them even if I did nothing and I mean nothing. I sorta have this problem with the police as well in some places. =u=; It is just a problem with me.

But I guess I could understand that. Weird...for some reason it was the opposite for me. I got a ban first then the second time I got a mute. It was weird. Eh oh well. I will still be scared of them no matter what. ;A;)
But yeah it is more important to go get a hacker than a racist person. Eh...

The mod might not have been in the room at that time. They could have left already, I'm sure if they had been in there they would have muted again.
