Fishing/Summer event, as announced here. There are 10 relics. Each relic is formed by 10 pieces. You get these pieces by fishing in the 5 maps of this event. Every piece you find will go to your inventory. You can get the same piece more than once. The idea here is to trade with other players the pieces you have more than one for pieces you don't have.

In the announcement thread it said the event will last til September 1st, is that supposed to be a typo or is it actually going to last that long?

how to see the time board? or hide the event items??

I'm assuming it's going to be that long because there are a lot of relics to find.

Never mind.. I played the map and found out. xD

I just finished the C ones, I got the title <<Explorer>> and an Indiana Jones comic I think. What is the Indiana Jones comic book for? I cant do anything with it!! :c

How do you use the trading feature exactly?
I was trading with a person, we both put in things in the trade, and then I clicked submit and waited for them to submit, too.
They pulled the items that they offered from the trade, and then ended it (I guess exchanged, because I lost the relic and they had it?).
It was an extra, so it isn't the end of the world but I really wouldn't like it to happen again.

will the "funny" items still be usable after the event is over

Look, I just finished the D relics section and got another "comic book". What are they for?

Click your name in the corner, click "profile." Click the gear next to your name, there's a change icon option

OMG what? Why did I get D11 as one of the Relics??
