I want an email change, but there is a problem.

There is an email connected to my account. It's not mine. I believe it belongs to a user named Aviarei. She had access to my account back in 2013 when she bought me some fraises. I'm pretty sure it belonged to her.
She hasn't been on Transformice since last year (I think). I have no other way to contact her.
Why is this a problem? Her email is censored in my 'My account' tab. I can't see what it is. I want to change my email and password and I can't even tell what the email connected to my account is.

I have sent COUNTLESS emails to Atelier801 via the contact form. I have recieved replies back, and sent all the correct information. I have only ever got ONE email back, from Zou, who DENIED my request, yet I provided everything they could. A reason she may have denied is because of the email currently linked to my account. How am I supposed to private the name if it's CENSORED?!
All the other emails I've replied to, I've never had an email back.

I want to make my account safer. Right now it's linked to an email I DON'T EVEN KNOW.
How am I supposed to change my email? I just want to talk a staff member, in a different way than email, since they respond, or don't, to thousands a day..and get them to UNDERSTAND my problem and change my email.
I want to gift, I want to be able to change my email if I need to in the future, etc. I just..want full accessibility over my account.. ;-;

I have gone through a few years trying to fix my email from one I didn't remember to a current one of mine to be able to send fraises. It takes time, but if you were denied once, then they probably aren't responding because they already gave you an answer. Maybe try again in the future? Not sure what this post is actually saying because on one hand you said you haven't heard back but then you have and were denied. Anyway, if the girl hasn't been on in forever, then for now you should be fine until they see enough information that your account is actually yours. Stop sharing your account information and you have nothing to be afraid of.

I only told her my password, and that was back in 2013 when I was a new player and when I didn't know any better. I haven't told anyone else my password since then.

I just want to have full access over MY account, and not have her email connected to it. ;-; I just want some help.. ;-;

Like I said, for now, keep trying I guess. But if she hasn't been active either she forgot your pw or just doesn't care, which means your fine for now.

It's not my password that I'm worried about. She's most likely definitely forgotten it. I'm just worried about her EMAIL. It's still hers, but I don't know if she still uses it or not. I just want it changed to MY email.

Try contacting a mod
They'll ask you questions like what's your IP and what server you usually go on

OH I thought you knew it
I don't think you can change it then..
but I mean since it's under your IP address.. you should be able to.. I'm not sure
But when I changed my email it was changed back to my old one so it never worked

Meegzzz, try reading this thread if you haven't done that already and check "Email Change".
I know there's a question asking you which email is linked to your account, but maybe just try again by saying that you don't know it?
Zou does not check the Contact Form anymore, and now there's another admin who checks the emails, so try your luck again?
(I'm not saying Zou was not doing her job properly and I'm not saying anything negative, but I'm just saying you should try your luck with the new admin if you haven't already done that).

How come sometimes you die when you go into the hole with cheese? Wtf

It's a bug. Relog to fix it.
Also, if you get into the hole with cheese before 5 seconds of the map starting, you also die due to the 5-second rule.

Why does it happen though?

From what I understand, the game does not register your mouse moving so when you try to enter the hole it reacts as if you were afk.

I am not sure what causes this.

I've noticed that sometimes, the number of posts next to a thread is different colors (Green, white, yellow). Does it mean anything or does it have no purpose whatsoever?

green: you havent clicked on/visited that thread
white: you have clicked on/visited that thread and have seen the last post
yellow: you have clicked on/visited that thread and havent seen the last post

Green means unviewed topic.
White means no new posts.
Yellow means new posts.
