I'm assuming you mean the shaman coins? If so, you get one each time you save five mice, I believe.
I'm fairly sure that consumables from past events are still possible to get.

24-hour ban is not a permanent ban. The maximum ban you can get is 360 hours; or 15 days, and only admins can perm ban accounts.

I've seen people get banned for 720 hours and 1060 hours iirc

P0 is a normal map. Players get to vote whether they like the map or not.
P1 is a protected map. It's quite similar to P0 maps but you don't vote on them. It also has fairly decent gameplay than P0 maps.
P2 is exclusive. I have no idea what it is other than the logo of it being an old one for perm maps.
P3 is a bootcamp map. They play in Bootcamp rooms and are genuinely harder to complete.
P4 is a shaman map. Shamans in public rooms playing on these maps have a higher difficulty in terms of building to cheese and mouse hole.
P5 is an art map. They comprised of mostly good quality art and gamplay and they play in public rooms.
P6 is a mechanism/trap map. Maps with good contraptions and/or not easily broken are in these category.
P7 is a no-shaman map. They don't have a shaman and they have very little to no wall-jumping.
P8 is a cooperation map. Two shamans play on one map and build their way to the mice, cheese and mouse hole. They are usually harder to build than P4 maps so that's why it needs two shamans.
P9 is a miscellaneous map. Collisions and soulmate maps are mostly in this category.
P10 is a survivor map. They play in survivor rooms.
P11 is a vampire survivor map.
P13 is the same as P3.
P17 is a racing map. They play in racing rooms and they are much more harder but fun to complete. It's different than P7 no-shaman maps.
P19 is a music map. They play in music rooms and can load YouTube videos in it.
P22 is a tribe house map.
P41 is a mini-game/module map.
P44 is a deleted map.

Regarding why there are missing numbers, it's the Mapcrew's way of choice or just reserved for future new categories.

I've never seen a ban with more than 360 hours for a really long time.
