Not trying to be an ass but could you guys possible add a sell option in the shop, i think this would help out a lot of players cause there are many that have items that they no longer want, myself included.

Selling back items to the shop has been suggested countless times by many people and unfortunately denied by the admins. I cannot track down their exact words on the subject since I'm sure it would have been months if not years since they commented on it, however it's been recorded as denied in the Suggestions list.

okay, i understand that its been rejected now, but is it possible for me to know the staffs specific reasons for rejecting this?

I realize you guys had just hired more MODs but where are they? I NEVER see an EN mod online. I see the ones for other servers/countries but not EN. It's kind of sad... they should be more involved with the game.

I would assume they'll be in training or lurking until they are made public moderators. You can always try messaging a mod from another community if there's an issue (I believe someone said they all can understand English).

You'll have to do some heavy lurking in order to find the reason for the suggestion being rejected since they discussed it a long time ago, as Whisky stated.

There's a very long training period mods have to go through, and they just finished notifying them yesterday. Give it some time and make use of the /report system. Mods are far more involved than you think.

Most moderators understand/speak English, and all mods are gonna understand the basics of "xuser hacking in room 5 EN."

if i remember correctly, it was because they want to profit basically. if you could sell items back to the shop, there would be way less demand for fraises and then less purchases.

we have a long training process which can make it seem like no one is ever on, but there is usually at least one or two EN mods on. although not all of the team is public. when there are no public mods on you should use /report and you can try contacting another mod from another community or going on irc to try and ping an EN mod.
i know it can be frustrating, in the meantime please make use of commands like /ignore, /silence, /report, changing rooms/servers, and /pw.

If you are having payment problems, you can explain everything in this thread until someone can help you with it. If there isn't any solution, you can use the Contact Form to contact the admins, put the Category 'Payment problem'. Take a look at the Contact form helps and tips, click the second tab 'Payment problem', read it all and follow the constructions to know how to fill the Form correctly.

A guy named -redacted- was insulting my race and calling me terrorist, he did this like 5 times and i always reported
I was so pissed off so i argued, then he reported to me a mod then i got banned for 72 hours
I dont accept this, and i wont give up till that annoying kid gets banned and i will be unbanned

Sorry to hear you've been having some trouble on the game.

Due to the amount of reports coming in they sometimes go overlooked. It makes sense that you feel treated unfairly, since typically where two fight, two are to blame. However, a 72h ban isn't given out lightly. If you wish to discuss your sanction, you will have to privately contact the moderator that banned you. If you don't know (for sure) who banned you, send me a private message and I'll be sure to reply to you ASAP.
