If you question or disagree with a sanction on the forum and/or you want to appeal it, you can contact a sentinel.
Same goes for in-game sanctions, you can contact a moderator.

About public accounts. What's the actuaal definition of a shared/public accounts? Does it need more than X different ips in it to consider it shared? Are they cancelled or just kept there? How do you report a shared/public account?

Public account = more than one user use it (not ips)

With that thinking, the times I've logged into my boyfriend's account to fix something on his profile because he was unable to with his browser; his account is shared.
So no, your definition is likely incorrect and it's probably for the best that a staff member reply specifically to this since they have their own definition of it.

However, to be technical, the only thing against the rules with a public account is sharing the login credentials for it. Anyone can log into an account as long as they've not used illegal means (phishing, et cetera), it's not against the rules (and it is stated that your account is your responsibility and you can do whatever you desire with it).

A shared account is an account that multiple people have the password for (even if it was shared privately among friends).
A public account is an account where the password has been shared publicly among lots of people.

So, what has been stolen long ago and it has been shared publicly in the past and now lots of players have access to it?
Because our server is full of stolen accounts that have been shared among a lot of users, but it has been so long ago that now it's almost impossible to state whos what (adding to that that most of them use hacks on those accounts)
Do we have to deal with the fact that most of the time we don't know who we're talking to, or see people gwtting banned with one of them and coming back with another? I remember in the past the staff dealing with this, correct me if i'm wrong.

On a totally unrelated note, the random font for sentinel FAQ compared to the typical Soopafresh for mod FAQ is really offputting. Are the others gonna be updated?

I was in room vanilla6 with a couple of my friends, then a couple people started bullying us and talking down on us, I believe they saw me lagging and took advantage of it and reported me for hacks. Yes I know I have viruses on my computer but there's not much I can do about it at the moment, I was only banned for ten hours but I an upset and seeking for help. Is there anyone that can possibly help me and get me un-banned?
