There is a problem with the application website not saving the application status correctly, and unfortunately there's not much to do about it for now. :(

And about the subleader apps being open to the public, what Ruta said was correct. Liam did not simply skip over the current EN Helpers, we had the chance to apply for the position first. The decision to make the subleader applications public was made after - I assume - no one from inside the team had shown much interest.
