Who may I contact that can help me with getting back my furs?

I've stopped playing for some months (not sure how long) and when I came back both furs I owned were gone. One's White and the other is Skeleton. They were gifted to me by an old friend so I don't know if that'd make matters harder or any different. Though I do have prove that I have owned them and that they're actually missing. I can easily screenshot it if they need to be viewed. Is it possible that I can get them back?

(ps; This is my first time using the forums so I apologize if I did anything wrong)

We had this incident where people would buy fraises using steam fraud
I'm pretty sure that's why your furs got deleted since you said they were gifted to you

Does it happen with the fur only? Are you able to unequip accessories you had earlier? If you have other furs, try equiping them and check if they replace the existing one. If the problem still exists, You should try reconnecting if you haven't.. If it isn't solved yet, it turns out it was a bug after all :/

You can for bootcamp, but just like with normal rooms stats won't count.

Edit: Apparently they do count, I apologise. There's just nothing FC can do in a public room that would allow for advantages in gameplay.

Guys,i just have a problem with buying fraises, sent "CODE" a lot..i got the codes but in the last 2 messages it took 10LE without giving me back any code.
It was just like "Too many messages for today,try again tomorrow." What about the credit I lost without getting any codes? Help please.
