Guys,i just have a problem with buying fraises, sent "CODE" a lot..i got the codes but in the last 2 messages it took 10LE without giving me back any code.
It was just like "Too many messages for today,try again tomorrow." What about the credit I lost without getting any codes? Help please.

In most cases, you will not be charged if there's an error and you don't receive Fraises. But, if you are absolutely sure that you were charged for Fraises but you didn't receive them, send the admins a message here with as much information as you can about the purchase, including the transaction ID, a copy of the confirmation email or SMS, and whatever other relevant information you have. What should I do, when someone are trying to add me to the tribe, and instead of joining I've got "[33] Expired request."? I tried relog, but it didn't help, also I logged by browser and I change community. Is that something I can repair, or it will fix itself?

This has happened to me before, and what I did is I logged in to Bouboum and I think this also works if you try logging in using your Nekodancer account, to accept the tribe request. Let me know if this works!

I was in the latest event map, the one with the pyramid, "The Great Desert Adventure 2016". i was just having a good time, I already got the two titles, I was getting my 57th gem I think, the timer was almost over, when suddenly, a small splash screen appeared and stayed on for a few seconds, at the center of the screen, depicting a drawing of 2 mice, male and female, facing each other. At the same time, an equation in blue text appeared in the chat, the following: 2*(x^2) - 2sqrt(2)x + 1 = ln(1)delta + 1 = ?
After that, the map's timer ended and we entered a new map. I have a screenshot of the text only, and also a link to the solution of that equation in Wolfram Alpha. So, all this was pretty weird, I admit! Anyone knows what was that? Part of the event map? Who writes in blue text? So many questions...
