What is the maximum number of letters a name can be with the new name change system?

Can I put capital letters anywhere in my name with the name changer?

and im p sure capital letters show up as lowercase, although somebody else will have to confirm that lmao

It's an elusive problem. I've been seeing a few reports about this every now and then. The admins have been informed about it. I don't have any real solution yet but so far the problem seems to fix itself after reloading.
