Oh, the issue is caused by mice running against the wall due to the friction? If that's the case it'll be an easy fix then, thanks. ---- Okay that doesn't seem to work, but regardless something will be figured out. |

While the wall-jump may not have been that much of an advantage, there was also an offscreen advantage at the top of it and in situations like this editing out offscreen advantages overrides the rule of not tampering with old maps for the sake of them being old. As for your edits: The differences between the current version and yours are so overly critical that they don't even make a difference for me personally. I am indifferent about the different edits of this map in particular as they don't influence the gameplay in any different ways respectively and I feel it would be quite unnecessary to bring it up again for visual and aesthetical purposes. |

Barrydarsow a dit : If that's so there should be one problem left, re-add the failed ice wall to the right, and this time extend the mech block thingy, it's prolly to far to the right making mice get a slight catch on the left. I don't know myself because I don't have the XML but that's a good start |

P6 -@144888 - I was playing in room 4 earlier, and came across this map, and asked myself why it's P6. It holds little to no gameplay value, a glitchy mechanism, and bad alignment. Here you go P6 - @3727797 - Oh, the same goes for this map, trap maps are stupid, and punish the un-aware, and are listed as a no-no in the how2 guide. 'nuff said. P5 -@2796541 - While this map has good art, it's jam packed with problems, such as the knife getting mice stuck between itself and the ham, the occasional invisible wall, and the unsureness I felt the entire time I walked through it, I was constantly double-checking myself to see if the step I take is on a solid ground or not. |

The "nono" is making mice trapped indefinitely and frowned upon to make them die as well. and ofc its a bit of a memory map, theres no way to avoid that with trap maps @2796541 - for its time, never seen or been reported that mice get stuck in knife. Don't know of any invisible wall. I can see the unsureness but after one playthrough and seeing where mice can go through, its easy to tell what collides and what doesnt. |
