No you don't buy them with fraises. You can gather feathes from begin a shaman and earn them. I believe you need 20 feathers in order to trade it for the "Xanthefleur tribute"

When you're shaman and mice die, it should be under your skills and just spawn it

I've tried Internet Explorer too, didn't work.

Same problem here.
Can't even remove the current one.

Admins are aware of users not being able to change their avatars, and they are currently fixing it.

CP platform update affected the avatars.
admins are currently fixing the problem.
