You are no longer able to get a + in your username. The +'s were added to account names from Tig's old game, extinction.fr. Any extinction accounts made before late 2013 that log into TFM now receive the +.

I have a problem with the fraise fragments. I got the chance to watch the ad to get fraise fragments/ a full fraise. After i finnished the video, it said that i got 1 fraise added (but it didn't come up like: "you received __ fraises" with a mouse picture with a strawberry). But when i checked the shop and inventory, the fraise wasn't added at all. why is that so?

When I changed my profile picture, it wouldn't change it on transformice. I tried removing it, then putting it back on, but it never works. The profile picture I want is on my profile in the forums, but on transformice, it goes to my last profile picture and it's really annoying me. Please reply an answer or suggestion as soon as possible.

Try clearing your cache.

Have you tried logging out from transformice and then login again? This happens to me too but it'll still show up on other users screens that you've switched profile picture i think.
