Maybe it's some test. The fragment has not yet been officially released by the game adminis and only a few people have these 'powers''.

Hi, im trying to look for the fraises fragments.
I coudlnt find it on my windows 10 computer, but i did find it on my grandmothers computer(windows 7)
I put the adblock on disable, but its still not showing the fraises fragments, but it did show the ad on the sidebar (on the right).
Im using google chrome, but why didnt it show the fraises fragments even tho the adblock is disabled?

Commissions through money are usually done on external websites, like Paypal or Deviantart. Admins or Moderators have no say in the transactions with money and art, since it really isn't their problem if done on a different site.

Whoever told you Deviantart points cannot be used is a big mouse liar, administration can't do anything about off-site dealing.
