You can also read the Ban/Mute appeals. Just click on the third tab, and read it all.
That way you can know how to contact a Moderator, and solve your problems.

This has happened to me.

A few weeks ago, I sent a contact form (on the website) requesting an email change. Zou replied the first time and asked me to send some information back to her. I did, but got no reply. Which is worrying me.
I sent another contact form, around last week, and I haven't got a reply to that.

They get thousands of messages a day. Have patience.

You misunderstood them. It was not the first map when they joined (as well, that system no longer is in use).

Were there five mice in the room with unique IPs?
