I know you can block trades in the bottom right corner of the pop-up there will be a gear icon.

This icon has 2 options: Stop displaying pop ups coming from this player or do not display this kind of dialog again

I'm not sure if this applies to marriage requests i haven't received a request in ages

You can't anymore. The + accounts were made when the community platform forged an old game by Atelier801 called Extinction.fr to prevent the risk of having two of the same usernames on each game. You technically can't make an account with a + sign however when you log into one for the first time since the merge, it will show the date you logged in, which is why you see newer accounts like that.

If I gifted someone offline, would he/she receive it when he/she comes on? Would it have a time limit and be gone if not claimed for a long time?

However, I want to know if I should/can make it it's own thread with what I have so far-- (people would be able to submit their own outfits through pm), or should I wait until I have everything finished?

You are able to send gifts to offline people, they will just claim it when they come online next. I don't believe it expires if left too long.

I wouldn't personally because there's a thread Help with Costumes! where players can post outfit ideas and help other people with outfits (like specific color scheme, fur theme, item etc..).

20 fraises for one customization.

It costs a lot more for shaman item customizations, though.

You need to play the game for a certain amount of time played and you need a certain amount of cheese gathered in order to be able to gift people.
Judging from your registration date.. you're pretty new so you should spend more time on the game and grind cheese.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'question mark in front of their name' but here are two:
Helpers (answers questions and have a channel called /chat help)
Anti-hack Brigade (There's not much info on this so I couldn't find a proper thread.
This team finds and reports hacking links as a job.)

You can join The Helpers but they are not an official staff team therefore don't have any special designation in-game, and I believe their EN team is not recruiting at the moment. There is no assistant moderator position but if you're 18 years or older you can apply to be a moderator when applications are open (EN mod applications are closed at the moment). As a side note moderators are also unpaid volunteers.
