I know this might sound offensive or rude and I apologise to Alfie for that since it is not intended. It is purely something I do not understand.
On your profile it is stated that you were born on the 2nd of June 2001 yet you weren't picked from the previous applications...However the previous applications were the ones that were open in July (when you'd be 18) while the applications before would be way before you did turn 18. o.0
On the application form it is writted that "I am 18 or older by the date of *blank*" And taking a look at the archives of old applications...Except the last round you wouldn't be fit for any due to your age. x) Since it says "Not hired from previous rounds.."
And then they wonder why we find mods biased when they raise such suspicion.
Of course though,I expect a reply since this feels off,unless you lied about your age on your profile which idek. :b

Usually, staff application guidelines will state "Must be 18 by XX/XX/XXXX" as part of the requirements. Those under 18 are allowed to apply as long as they are 18 by the date mentioned. I don't know specifically about Alfie, but that is what may happen with anyone who is 17.

So they were NOT hired from that. Since thoese were the previous ones.
And the ones before previous ones stated that:

Oh I edited my last post, I said that they probably meant to say that the previous round is the current round of applications. That "previous round" sentence is used very often to make everyone sure that the new member has not been straightly hired as moderador from the current round.
