New map with same map layout, I wanted a full set sofa on the bottom and a tv somewhere on the map, and this is what I came up with. Many thanks to viprin for making this possible.

Check out Victorian Fancy Couches for a long list of fancy/custom furniture to choose from. Check it out, and how to make this map better? Nothing on the sofa's can be changed or I would have to remake the entire map.

Bump. I've been really busy with school and stuff, and now the only time I really have to make maps are on the weekends.

Anyway, I revamped, or 'upgraded' one of my most popular tribe house maps, the laser/club/party/dance map with moving strobe lights and added tri-speakers.

Here it is:

What to improve? Any feeedback is appreciated. I have like, 3 grounds I think. I think I'll give out the code for this map so you guys can try it.

Esc is nothing but a ball with lots of friction spinning, bubbles are created with runes, go make your own design, portals are just grounds at the top of a map guiding the mouse to another location. Refer to other forum threads or impure's videos im sure he has them somewhere.

Anyway it's been a while since I did anything TFM related, and there's a ton of new stuff that I need to get caught up on. Mousechris filled me in on the whole 4.8k length, which I thought was amazing untill I tried making a decent tribe house with it. The length is just too long, not enough grounds/lines to fill that gap..

So if anyone has any ideas for a tribe house map with the 4800 length scroll, post here and I'll give it a go.

Last time I played, I was trying to revamp some of my older tribe house's with the new features that are availible.

This week, I revamped one of my all time favorite designs, and formerly the second map I made using color grounds, the golden dead mau5.

I tried adding lights to the bottom of the water to make it light up..? Sort of like what you see with lights under palm tree's in real life. Also added bubbles in the middle, and tidied everything up, made it more modern.

Next project: trying to make something with the new 4800 length scroll map. ideas?

So, I'm on spring break, and therefore finally had time to create a map that I have been planning on paper for weeks. The original map had two houses, water and a fountain in the middle, and a fancy bridge connecting the two.

That's coming next, but I figured instead of the bridge, I can have a big TV instead.

When building the shape and model of the map, I thought it would look really great. After I added the background, the map just looked down to me..

I thought it might've been the fact that both houses on the left and right have the same exact stuff, that bothered me too, but more or less it's the color scheme. So, in the coming days Im going to change up the colors, and hopefully think of a new set of items to put in the second house on the right side of the map.

The bridge version of this map comes later this week. I didn't want to post this bad version of my map, but I realised I havn't updated this thread in a really long time..

Hello, I'm Wec, and I specialze in tribe house maps. Since the tribe house update, I've been spending most of my time in game in the map editor/tribe house perfecting my maps.

My 'good' maps have there code hidden on CFM, and unfortunetly that hides the screenshot as well, thats why I'm posting it here.

Please note that all my maps are scrolling, so you can only see half of it.. though I will try to post 2 screenies per map to make up for that, please check out this link for a page that has pics of my maps in full size, for the most part.

I want to get better at this, so any feedback to make my maps even better would be greatly appreciated.

Note: Pretty much all my maps have a TV, but I'm only posting this one in the theatre section because its not tron themed.

This is a tron map I made for the sole purpose of a theatre.. it has some neat features like a moving escalador on the sides of the map that carries you up.

«Old, Random Extra Stuff»

Very old Dead Mau5 map I made, lots of mistakes but I still use it, pretty lag free map.

Bday map made for my friend, a barrage of presents on the right, and uses the same light mechanism as my other map.

Master bed room map, has a bar on the left.

Basketball Map. THIS MAP SCROLLS! Only 1/2 of the map shown. Other half has a hoop just like the one shown, and the ball is there. Once the ball is scored and goes down the hoop/net, it bounces back and and resets it self into the middle of the map (half court)

A room-lock map. I find the color scheme and map layout to be pretty nice. People told me to hide the yellow anchors, but I actually sort of like it. Bah, whatever. Personal opinion.

A christmas map, experimenting with colored lines. I realise the curtain and fireplace look like crap. A fix coming next christmas when my tribe has to use it

Here's the non christmas version of my christmas map (lol) had to kill some detail on the fire and the custom white sofa due to the 20k/20k limit.
Third version of the christmas map. I found some nice couche designs at victorian fancy couches, and they used red. So I made a map that's red themed.
These are a revamped version of one of my most popular tribe house maps: The Laser/Club/Dance/Party Map! I re-did everything, and added Tri-Speakers.

Revamped one of my all time favorite map designs, the map of the Golden Dead mau5! Added lights under the water to give it a glow affect, kidna like what you see in real life with palm tree's. Tidied it up to make it a bit more modern. This was originally the second map I ever made using the color grounds.

If you are talking about the line art, the easiest way is to use viprin's editor.

I've been inactive for a while so I feel like the stuff I know how to make is like.. old. Any ideas for future maps are greatly appreciated.

New update for my laser/club/party/dance map [whatever you want to call it]

-Added new sets of Dynamic Lights on the floor of the map. It changes color from red to white, white to red, in a pattern.

-To play a song now, simply click on any one of the eight speakers on the map [Tri-speakers on the sides, and two of them in dead mau5's ear, music option will show up]

^Pretty creative, yeah?

Errr, why? So pointless. We can still see your maps through cfm api http://api.formice.com/map/status-list.json.

I can't answer your question, because I have no idea what you mean by 'we can still see all your maps through cfm api' or the link that you provided. I have no idea what that is, or if that's even legit. If that's the case, why dont you go and tell me the code for my theatre th map
