I would assume they will take advantage of it. However, everyone will be able to, so for fight it shouldn't matter much. Survivor would become harder for mice, which means that maybe people will make maps that give mice a better chance to survive. I don't know #powerup, but since it's not really official (neither is fight but okay) I'm not too concerned over it.
