Comprehensive Shaman Skill Manual |

I guess flight does work better with that skill because you are lighter, and Force = acceleration * mass So if there is less mass there is less force pushing you down. Also, I'm pretty sure CTG will update this manual with the new skilltrees. |

This is very well done. If I may make a suggestion, could you put each skill tree in their own tab? this would make navigating it a lot easier. |

![]() Two skills are mixed up, but in overall this is quite well made. I'd love to see Physicist, since I don't get how few abilities work :) Dernière modification le 1424562120000 |

Thanks for posting the errors, keep finding them so I can fix my post. I also tried to put everything in tabs, but the 50-image limit in posts means that all the images would revert to links. This means people won't get to see my sexy mouse use the OP skills. |

The new skills are like Xmas come early (twice) for trolls like me. Let's look at why: - Structurally, the new skills seem perfectly designed for a troll. Trolls all need to invest in wind so they can fly, teleport, phase, etc. So that's 26 points right there. In order to revenge kill, favo, etc, you need ancestral spirit, apples (and a cloud is a huge help, especially with my troll totem), so that's another 26 or more points. Before the new skill sets I needed to spend an unwieldy amount of points on mechanist skills (that are largely constructive, and unhelpful to trolling) in order to get 'must have' skills like maxed out summoning speed (for dualing, or to fit in as much trolling as possible), or deleting objects (also often vital to troll maps before mice can get to the hole, or to stop dual shams from helping them). Now however I can bypass Mechanist completely, because the very first skill in Wildling let's me get super summoning speed with 5 skill points instead of 20 on mechanist, all I lose is summoning range (trivial). Not only that, but a major reason for needing increased summoning range is nullified by the delete all objects everywhere skill (which also lets me delete without mechanist). Other mice are being driven mad by me doing it. - The new skills are great for trolling as well because you can spread your skills out. With the old 3 skill trees you wanted to make sure you got to the top of the tree, in order to get the "super awesome skill" at the top of it (even if it meant sacrificing lower level skills). For instance, if I was level 79 I'd probably have 26 points spread out evenly in each tree, in order to have fly/cloud/eagle-eye. Now I don't need to bother, because "turn into a cat" is a useless gimmick, and "crappy electric tramp" is useless (and counter-productive to trolling). Right now a lot of mice are baffled about where I'm getting the skills to troll them ("wait, he can fly, cloud, delete, summon super fast, but also has shotgun cannon balls and gravity defying cannonballs on level 82? How the F#$@ how?"). Not to mention that with the "recharge all used skills" ability you can: a) now double up on skills without spending extra points (need 2 apples to favo? Just pick one, and after using the first 1 re-juice your skills and summon another), and b) it also doubles some latent skills (including summoning speed!). Just a (deliciously) unfair ability for 1 point (and it's not even that high up on the skill chart). I'd have spent all 26 skill points on that tree to get that skill, but I won't to get the useless cat (or more useless electric springs). With that one skill 5 teleports becomes 10, 5 revives becomes 10, 1 "delete every object on the screen" becomes 2, etc, etc. - Then there are some of the abilities themselves; shotgun cannonballs, gravity defying cannonballs, "stop"/ices, etc. Deliciously unfair. I'm enjoying them greatly, but if the designers ever want me to invest points to make it to the top of the new skills trees they better put some awesome skills there (like the other 3 skill trees). |
