what is this logic.

One time on my new computer it was somewhere around 77819 when i was testing. On my laptop is was always around 200 and 20. Now a few days later it was 18.

Can't really remember but i think it was around 9000-5500

My computer crashed for a while and all I saw was a freeze, so I quickly typed in ping and it went to about 40k, yes I said 40k.
Note: this is before the update with the [•] ping .

It was 11000. It took me so long to get the info back.

I think it was around 9000 and something, but my brother was watching a football match so it was takng up most of the internet
