In that case, yes, it would. But if it is indeed an inapropriate site or just a lot of spam you can report them and they might get banned for that.

They don't get banned for spam, only for pornography.

So you're saying there's no real way to deal with spammers right now? In the normal chat, you can report them for spamming and they could recieve a mute/ban. But isn't that the same for café? Can't you just report a player and say "Spamming in café topics"? I have never tried it tbh
