I think the event starts tomorrow, since the Halloween and skeleton furs are still on sale for 21 more hours :s

The Halloween sale got extended with 1 more day

Timing the event might come out 04/12/2014 12:00-13:00 (UK time) , 04/12/2014 14:00-16:00 or on 05/12/2014. As Meli said in her blog, there will be a little break in events. Which I think could be few hours or 1-2 days!
