But what if an account is used by more than one user?
If there's a person is good in English and the other is not? So the second person can abuse it?

Think the mods will give a hand on this or since the IP could be different they wouldn't be able to speak and will rather take the test for fluent speakers.

this is a very good idea, numerous friends have to use software to allow them to speak on e2 since moving overseas

I'd like your personal opinion on this: when you're already on the forum, maybe just browsing, what would be keeping you from reading over a quick couple paragraph introductions and dropping a yes/no or hell even a like now that we have the like system?
Or what keeps arbs from doing the same and having a like...actual purpose besides chat moderation?

The moment a user is caught speaking a language other than English on E2, white list access should be revoked and never granted again

These two statements contradict each other. Quickly reading a couple of paragraphs is not exactly the same as careful screening. It's either one or the other, with the latter involving a lot of time which I've addressed in one of my earlier posts.

But to answer your first question: Any of the following would be a good reason to not read such paragraphs, among others and in no specific order:

- Keeping up with important team discussions
- Keeping up with important team discussions (2)
- Answering unban requests through forum PMs
- Sentinel duties
- Mapcrew duties
- Browsing normal forum threads
- Answering players' questions
- Disinterest

Carefully screened as opposed to willy nilly allowed in.

Well obviously duties of their main job would supercede everything, but do you mean to tell me that there is absolutely zero time at all to look over two fuckin paragraphs lol
It's not "a lot of time." It's not like thousands of people will flood in each day. It's not like it has to be handled immediately.
And again, what's keeping arbs from doing this?
