You can't make a cafe in the game by yourself. All you can do is to use the cafe which is already existing in game( if you want use it). You just click the coffee button near friendlist and tribe list to open it.

The only way a hacker can change your email is if they have access to your email.. If you never verified your account then you should contact an admin. They take about 2 weeks to reply.

Ask one of the staff members to contact with the admins in order for them to notice your form.
And since it's been 1 month you will have to send a new contact form.
