The head looks like an elephants', but with a shorter trunk.
Also, the hands, try to make them more realistic to a dragon, or at least don't make a rounded stump and put lines on it to indicate fingers.

Hi, finished this not so long ago. I had a hard time debating whether to show the top view of the mouse in the cube or not. Cube perspectives... it would be lovely if someone were to clear this up. Front view was the intention, so didn't know whether to include top view... hue. Anyways, I was experimenting w/ brushes/pens, so any recommendations for pens/brushes would be lovely.

you don't exactly have to include a top view, but you can make a smudge of brown(mouse's fur) on it.
i would also recommend you make the head lighter
like maybe make a new layer just below the lineart of the ice
and color the front of cube with a blue(or any color) and then lower the opacity
i will make an example if you want o:

well this is basically what it is.
it makes the things you drew on that layer kind of transparent
this helps when drawing glasses, glass, and etc.
remember to use a new layer btw

Not sure if this is already critiqued on, but i'll try. Electro bad critique abilities, go.

The head is shaped like a box. I used to make this mistake ALL the time, and made the head way too big, but I think you have no problem with size in this. You might want to start with a circle on the head, it helps me a lot on heads so you can make a more circular head.

Secondly, the ears. The inside and outside are uneven. You might want to copy and paste if you can't do anything else in your power to fix that. The eyes have the same issue.

Lastly, the overlapping and messy shapes. The ice on it's head is overlapping, and the "earring" like things under its ears are both messy, one of them is nicely shaped but the other one's tip is hanging off and the rest is too wide. The ice is a bit unevenly shaped, too.

But anyway, for postitives, I love the translucent snow in front of it, and the background. The color of the Glaceon is perfectly matched, and the blue eyes it has are really cute and I like the fading pupils behind the shines. The blush is nice, but you gotta remember should it have the blush in the situation, and what should the blush mean? Love? Embarrassment? Surprise? Anger? I also like the fading shines on the earring part and ice shards on it's head and the shading, you are a way better shader than me. ^^; You're improving, i'm no art master either, and I have lots of things to improve on. sorry about my extremely messy handwriting.
other than anatomy mistakes, you need to add shading and details to your drawings (unless you want it to be one of those drawings that has lots of colour and detail but no shading). there's a lot of shading/lighting tutorials on dA and probably even some that show you where to put details in clothing. books are highly recommended as well.

Can you please draw that outline for me so I can use it as a reference, Emily? ^^

My mouse portrait I made in my spare time. I am no background genius, that is for sure. And do you all think my shading needs work? If so, do you have any tips? Note: I am a PAINT artist and have been for several years. So if anyone has colouration advice for PAINT, that would be most helpful.

uh i don't really draw humans ever but idk what i did i think i made the eyelashes more defined and the boobs more round and more to the side and hips or something the arms/neck/whatever else is really bad

well the boobs are really big so i'd make the arms come out more so the farther side isn't right beside the boobs.
