i need some guidance on this

so im running perfectly fine on my game (60fps/60-90ping)

but i seem to be occuring more over times the control lag, which is basically that controls only work some seconds after i have runned in a certain direction, which is quite irritating, especially when it ruins your whole run over time. just to note this game is all working perfectly fine on everywhere, apart from fact that this happens on every place, nevertheless of amount of people or the game mode.

And the last question, is it possible that event in the past are repeated now? Because I've been inactive for around 3 years and I'm sure that there's some event that give you 'rare' titles and items that has passed. I'm just curious because, back at that time, you still can get the same title even though the event is different than last year.
