If someone applied for moderator position, and if everything was good in their application, but they need only like 2 month to become fully 18, do they get accepted as an arb or rejected?

i think it takes 6 months to train arbs so im probs guessing you can apply 17 and half years+ to become an arb and when your training is done I guess your 18 but im not 100% sure if thats it

It's a case by case basis. You could have one simple post and get a 360h mute (porn, screamer, etc) or have a ton of deleted posts and nothing happens.

You can apply if you're 17 and 9 months; if you're accepted, we put your application/promotion on hold until you turn 18.

Well you can't just buy something with fraises, it's not like someone can gift you any fraises or anything, it's just shop items. And the only way people could get you fraises is by going on your account and buying them, I'm not sure about ingame, but I know sharing accounts for ranking systems on like CFM isn't allowed, and it if you type your password into the chat you'll find the admins REALLLYYY don't want you giving it out.

"NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORD. MODERATORS WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR PASSWORD. If someone asks you, they are trying to STEAL your account."

Plus, take for example, you can't even trade shop items for consumables, offering such can get you in trouble.

So, I'm not entirely sure, but I'd say no, plus it's just a really bad idea.

cfm doesn't give a shit anymore, that was rescinded like early 2014

You can't sell your lua scripts / you're not allowed to sell anything in game.

...why wouldn't they? If you're muted, it means you don't know how to chat according to the rules, and you damn sure shouldn't be permitted to talk to people privately. Especially if it was for homophobia towards a player. It's counter intuitive.
