well it mostly depends on the program what you use, but im sure you cannot save sketchtoy drawings as transparent if thats what you use

If you've already used Photoshop, that's the best program you can use.

Being able to save pictures with transparency doesn't depend on the software, it depends on the filetype (which should be .png but with the luminance to transparency enabled). However, some painting apps don't allow you to have this option.
But like Milkybum said, Photoshop and Paint tool SAI have this option.

I don't think there ever was a hotkey to minimize/maximize the chat? Correct me if I'm wrong but my keyboard slamming and the Transformice Wiki/Area801 combined never said anything about a shortcut.
But there is a command, /font [font type] and /fontsize [font size]

Will look into this. It might of been a combination, but I know for sure I didn't used shift today really when this occurred.

Well, if you meant the chatbox elongated, then yes it's shift+enter. Most of the time I press it unaware, so maybe you should make sure?
Also, here's a list of all the hotkeys ingame, it's in Portugese but it's still the most helpful one out there.

thanks, tested it, worked like a charm. will look into if theres a EN version for the linked hotkey controls but if not i may take the dedication of it to translate and put it here to let EN ppl know here plus to acknowledge these controls more so i can play under fullscreen despite the fact its now broken
