You can get fortune cookies on the bar halloween map, 3rd slot, 3 candies. You open the fortune cookies and get hearts.
Then you go to Halloween 2012 map, the second one. Use the hearts on the Bonbon guy. He gives you chain-balls thingy.
And after that, you go to Halloween 2012, first one. Go to the skull at the right, say "halloween" and then chain a ghost. It'll give you an angry face.
After this, you go to Bar Halloween, you make angry emote and use the angry face. It gives you lollipops.

2. Open fortune cookie and get a heart.
3. Use the heart close to Von Drekkemaus, in the second map of the 2012 Halloween Event, to get a wrecking ball.
4. In the first map of the 2012 Event, you stand next to the last skull, say "Halloween" and use the ball to receive an angry face.
5. When the slot machine comes on, stand close to Buffy and use the angry emotion(next to the shaman feather), and use the face.
6. You now have lolipops!
After this, we haven't figured out more.
