It's okay to tell that anticloud is useless or pointless if it is. That does not count on maps in which the anticloud has a point. This one doesn't have the best use of anticloud but it's still reasonable. There's no reason to blame about favoring a "map pro".

"More strict with racing maps that are submitted" does NOT mean "No more racing maps in P9 rotation", and as Pik said in previous post, even if it was a full "No", they're just guidelines and not exact rules.

This map has already been reported to me multiple times, so I believe it's high time to finally dot all "i"'s of this issue.

Map containing fake grounds requires deperming in that case if it can seriously damage the gameplay and accidentially or not kill a certain huge amount of mice. However, I don't suspect this map in having such lacks of the gameplay, it's not capable of killing instantly, gaps between real grounds aren't that wide to fail even for newer mice and nevertheless they should watch their step, furthermore, it's pretty much vanilla-familiar designed and aligned with the same fake grounds, but everyone adapted to vanilla maps and has no problems with them. So I think exception could be made for namely this map as an unusual vanilla challenge.

But, how ridiculous it can sound, that's excellent. It proves one more time than the map is really challenging for mice, so this fact only strengthens its chances to stay in rotation.

Read necro about alignment. Do you even play defilante? If the hole is offscreen the mouse die going to it. There is no ifs, ands, or buts regarding that. And everybody(map makers) should check where the hole is, its common sense to leave it onscreens. It's the map maker own fault. Also as you said its mostly about the gameplay, which you called weird. Thats not good to have weird/awkward in a more racing oriented minigame.

Alignment is implied to be in every map, the recent perms were added without discussions so we couldnt exactly control the alignment of all of them. P10-11 don't have issues about alignment because we could control it. All maps will be fixed or removed if there are alignment problems.

Oh sorry nvm i get ya xD
Also can you derperm a defilante maps if it's too hard because theres a map that has a path at the begnning which is annoying and hard lemme find the mapcode.

Well add one more plank at the bottom which would make it a 4 plank solu?
The amount of maps ive seen get rejected for 2-4 plank solus then this one gets p4...

Try that build in a room with people and see what happens. It likely will be more difficult.
It reminds me of a Map 0 personally, lots of different ways to build.
