Depends. A lot of filtres in the past have been based on system language. Recently filtres have been based on IP so I'm going with no.

Ah well, I'm surprised they released it; I've checked /langue AR earlier today and found out that there are too many issues with the translation (some colors are missing, wrong alignments, etc).

i accidently used a VPN on trying to get on tfm, it said i was banned for 300+ hours, but when i turned it off my account worked fine like nothing happened

oh, and what's going to happen to people that live somewhere else but want to speak arabic on the server? EX: someone from a different country, like united states, that knows arabic fluently and wants to play on the server. will the filtre stay or will it be removed once the server is more developed?

Pretty sure the same rules apply as they do on EN. Some people couldn't talk on E2 cause the filter and they said it's not the IP, it's the language your desktop uses.
