Actually why not, and its possible to keep it blue and pink, but probably a different type of pink.

Not blue because in default, we use blue shamans and changing the color of it might make it look weird to have a darker blue for the hole (not to mention you have to change the color for the shaman chat as well)

What we have to change is the value of the color pink. Both cyan and magenta have very light values, and so to them, it might look like white

Totally support a color blind option.

I think it would be an option in the settings to enable this mode, it obviously wouldn't for everyone.
It's possible to change the color of everything only for the client using Flash.

I personally think that having symbols for ALL people would be annoying. So, an option would be nice.

Label the holes with pink/blue or the shaman's names

Reason I striked out labelling as pink/blue is because colorblind people can't distinguish between pink and blue anyway so it does nothing.

That's... rude, everyone has a equal chance of getting colorblind. And for a planet with around seven billion people on it, that's saying a lot.
