Incase your account gets hacked first thing you should do beside panicking
is to change your password. If you are unable to do so ask for a safety ban by a

moderator so the hacker can not
delete your friends, waste your shop currency etc..
Then you should contact an admin in order to restore your password/email at Atelier801.com/contact

Either send them a private message on the forums, or whisper them ingame (preferably a private message, as mods get swamped with whispers)
But as long as you don't go to any suspicious links or have a really obvious password, your account will be fine. It's not physically possible to be hacked unless you give your password (regardless of you knowing about it)

Ok, but if i was hacked, wouldn't that mean that i won't be able to log on? if so this would mean that i wouldn't be able to contact a Mod

Then you'd need to make another account in order to contact them.

One more way of contacting them that I forgot of; you could use Discord.

I conducted the following experiment:
- I become shaman;
- I save some mice and leave before the round ends and I don't get in the hole;
I saw that I get feathers and experience points but not saves counted to profile;
My question is: does anyone know if these statistics count in the database? Like for the API and therefore for the ranking websites?

To add another question,
I noticed that the "Collect X snowboard coins" quest counts only 1 per snowboard event map, is this intentional or is it a bug?
Edit: It was a bug, my first question remains.

What is the time limit before the server kicks an idle player offline? I heard it is 30 minutes. But the same friend told me that when they play from the browser, as long as they keep the tab open, they never get kicked, for hours. Another friend thought that you don't get kicked in tribe houses and utility rooms. I'd like some definite answers on the matter please.

So I found some info on this website about the xmas event from 2017 and I'm wondering, are the rewards still the same? I already have those titles so I guess it'll be more profitable to just sell the gifts/relics I get instead.

What do you mean by rating? you can use the /lsmap command to get info about your maps.
