I believe it's to prevent room-hopping.
If you join a new room you need to complete it twice for it to count, but if you don't change room, and the map changes; it will count the first time.

Those are called relics! They are items that can be traded with other players. If you collect all the relics in a certain letter, you’ve made a set, and you will receive a reward. If you have A1, you’re goal is to collect A2, A3, A4, A5, and A6. You’ll also want to collect the other letters as well. Since almost everyone has completed the event, you can get relics from other players for extremely low prices (1-10 cc), or even free. You can also get them from opening red/green presents.

You can access this by clicking your name (top right) and clicking “my profile” (the blue boy). Then scroll down. A list of your warnings, if you have any, can be found there. I’m not sure if bans or mute show up there.

They show up for a limited amount of time. I don't know for sure how long, but I'd assume a month.
It is always better to remember or write down sanctions you received.

I do not believe you can delete them, but you can save over one you no longer wish to have.
