But it won't work. Is it because I'm using a gift card that says "Valid only in the US"? I also checked the account and everything and there IS enough money in there to buy fraises.

There is something new on Cafe, now you must have certain amount of gathered cheese on the account to be able to post on Cafe.
It was not earlier, I also posted in the past on cafe through my alt account and now I can't due to the stats.

Note:
I'm not sure about the amount, I asked Charlen#0010 about it back then, so you can ask her about the amount of cheese to be sure.

Those are exclusive items and you can only receive them from a code from a event take place is Paris. The company has went to other countries from what I heard few years ago. I'm not exactly sure so don't take that from me. However the event usually takes place in Paris because that's where the company is.

I don't really know what about the first item, but the second item was never actually in the shop. It's called Japan Expo and you can get it only by meeting the Admins, then they give you a code and you can write it in /code, if the code is still available you get 2 items by it:
