is the game broken right now? i log in & i'm stuck on the loading screen with the angel mouse but the tribe chat loads fine & i can chat with them as well and pull up profiles but nothing else.

The games server is a bit unstable at the moment, and I don't think it'll be sorted for a while as admins are asleep (for at least 7-8 hours, unless it sorts itself out)

Everyone has been experiencing this for weeks it already been reported to the admins. I guess it has something to do with the server. Whenever the server is restarted usually it's alright for a few hours then the lag appears again shortly after. I think they don't have a solution yet and it's taking a while. However, everything I said I could possibly be wrong ;w;

Yes, i know that these titles was for Astroevent too, but thay also was for Christmas event, but could you make that titles only for one event chest??????? Get back my tickets!!!

Question on the /report system? At least twice now that I have noticed, I will report a hacker and not get karma for it. When my friends post they got karma from reporting the same hacker, I don't get that karma. Is it because I logged in and out of the game throughout the day? Or do the reports have a time limit?

For example;
> I report hacker at 8AM.
> I relog multiple times due to lag, irl events, etc
> Friend posts karma message for banning same hacker at 5PM
> I don't get karma :(

That has been reported quite a lot recently. I am sure administrators are dealing with it!

I don't think it has a time limit for reports. You were just unlucky to get the karma since you refresh your game multiple times due to lag. You won't get the karma unless you are online.
