Theres an easy way to avoid that, they can make it so you can only change it to a different account with the same IP? That avoid the "giving" and still can change.

It's a nuisance for them which if they permiss it leads to even more nuisances for them...

Also new question: is the map crew finally taking a stand on people who submit maps to the wrong category?

Not that I'm aware of? The map just won't get a review, instead the comment would be something along the lines of "Resubmit to Px". But that's nothing new, we've always done that. Occasionally a map will be put up for discussion in another category but that's only if say a map was submitted for P8 and was good but better suited to P4. Or a map with a mechanism was submitted for P6 but would work better without a shaman so is put up for P7 instead. You would never for example, see a P5 map put up for P4 even if it was really good.

So I realized just now that since dual shaman survivor maps have got their own category, P23 has been skipped in the numbering.
My question is, am I being overly optimistic or is there a third bootcamp category planned somewhere down the pipeline?

The number P24 was just kind of picked for no particular reason :P It's not like P23 is the only number that's been skipped either (P12, P14, P15, P16, etc.)
