Use the contact form. It will ask you for an e-mail, it's the e-mail you will get replied to, not the old one.

If you want to solve the enigma on your own (but you don't have much time), use it to get a piece of the puzzle, otherwise there is no use for it really, idk if you can trade it or not

If you mean the pink soulmate tie, there are a few ways:
The official way is for when you are shaman only, to have the Solitude skill from the Physicist skill tree, which makes you not connect at all in the first place;
Another way is the small but brawny skill (I am not sure if it still works) from the Wildling skill tree;
If you want to remove it for other mice, you have to use the Go through here skill or the rollout skill or maybe the transformation skill (that gives them powers to turn into objects) but the last one is not recommended.
There may be other ways I am missing but I can't remember right now.

If I remember correctly, there was a bug where you could attach balloons to both soulmates, and once the mice got off the balloons, they could move separately. I had no luck trying it in my tribe house with alt accounts, but I have no idea if that was just because the mice were on the same internet connection, of if this glitch doesn't work anymore at all.

i can't seem to get transformice to work on my macbook pro. i have installed steam, i downloaded transformice but it simply won't launch. on my other laptop (windows 10) it works just fine.
does anyone else have this problem?
