A confirmation button after redistribution and after level up is all that is really needed.

I hate how I accidently click one skill and it throws everything off so I wait ten minutes just to redo one tiny thing in my skill tree.

Support. It's the whole reason I look level 1 now, because I put over 60 skills and then I messed one up and I'm way too stubborn to do that again.
