@185985 P7, as much as I enjoy this map, this map is honestly just about luck, you're far more likely to get first by glitching the teleportation system in this, then you are by making the long ass cj. And even when you do make it to the end, or anywhere in this map, the teleportation system has a higher than normal chance to kill you. I think the map has long overdue'd it's stay and I'm sure we can all agree we like it, but as a map, it has little gameplay, and too much luck. And any P7 crew can agree, luck is not something P7 is about, skill is EVERYTHING P7 is about. I hate to be the one to report it, but there's lots of other maps to take it's place, it's time to lay it to rest. |

I don't understand what you mean by the second part of your sentence, so I'm leaving the map as is. Auroraclears a dit : If you mean glitchy as in they kill you easily, that's the way they're designed - they rely on soft touch technique. Admittedly it takes a few tries to figure out, but it can be mastered and consistently controlled. The rest of the map isn't that challenging that it makes a few deaths on that obstacle too annoying. Leaving it as is for now. Mousechris a dit : While yes, the shortcut does give you an advantage over the normal path, it by no means revolves around luck. The shortcut is consistent and can easily be done without dying 9 out of 10 times. There's also still a good chance to get in front on the cj from the 2nd wood to the right-most. I disagree with the fact that skill is everything P7 is about. Luck is a big factor in playing this game, even in P7. Besides, the map is a classic and there are maps with less gameplay that we all love and would hate to see go (think of the Ninguem P7 with the teleporting grounds). Leaving it as is. Shalander a dit : Anvil god is fine where it is. This is a classic map remake, one of the oldest and most beloved vanilla maps. It used to have a shaman, so it's fine!
